Our credo is that society must be able to rely on legal and judicial professionals who respect their regulations and ethics. These professionals must be protected against illicit or illegitimate accusations or ill-founded or abusive lawsuits that could jeopardize their missions for the benefit of the public and the general interest.

Assistance to companies and legal departments in the event of searches and seizures by public investigating and prosecuting authorities.
Our experience since 2017 as part of the Paris Bâtonnier's team of delegates, alongside Vice-Bâtonnier Vincent Nioré, in protecting attorney-client privilege during searches of law firms, has given us expertise in this area.
We ensure that the rights of the lawyer's client and those of the company are respected, in particular with regard to attorney-client privilege and the confidentiality of in-house counsel's opinions (subject to the adoption of the law at the end of 2023).
Effective protection of attorney-client privilege and the confidentiality of in-house counsel’s advice requires an understanding of the legal frameworks governing these principles, as well as their scope and limitations.
We train in-house counsel and attorneys in these legal frameworks and in best practices regarding subpoenas, searches, and seizures conducted by public investigative and prosecutorial authorities.
