LAWYER : ORATORIK Lawyer's involvement is based on prior written agreement on the nature, scope and budget of the assignment, which we formalize with you in an engagement letter including a fee agreement.
MEDIATOR: ORATORIK Mediator's terms of involvement are to be set out in a mediation agreement between the firm, the parties and their lawyers.
Fees are predictable. Subscription formulas are available (see below). Fees are calculated :
- Flat-rate on quotation.
or
- On the basis of time spent (hourly rate to be defined together according to the complexity of the work to be carried out; a preliminary estimate of fees is given before the start of the assignment)
or
- On the basis of a mix of flat-rate and result-based fees (excluding intervention as mediator).
We offer subscription formulas for our lawyer or mediator services, depending on your needs. The principle of the subscription is to provide subscribers with a preferential rate with priority access to ORATORIK's services. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Contact us to find out more.
